Rockridge installs underground utilities for commercial developments, subdivisions and individual homes. We trench, bed, lay and backfill pipe to the correct grade and separation, then work with inspectors through testing.

Do you work as a subcontractor for general contractors? Yes. We regularly work under GCs and developers and can price from your plan set. We can also general contract and manage civil construction.
Can you install a water or sewer line to a new house? Yes. We install residential water services, side sewers and connections to septic or public sewer.
Who calls in utility locates? We call in the 811 locate request before digging, as Washington law requires.
Do you handle testing? We install to pass required tests and coordinate with inspectors and the utility on testing.
