septic installation FAQ
Do I need a septic design before you can install? Yes. In Washington, a septic system must be designed by a licensed designer or engineer and approved by the county before installation. If you don't have one yet, we can point you to designers we work with.
How long does a septic installation take? Most residential installs take 3 to 5 working days once permits are approved. Weather, soil conditions and system type & size can change that.
What affects the cost of a septic system? The system type (gravity, pressure or mound), soil conditions, tank size, distance from the house and site access all affect price. We give a written estimate after seeing your site and design.
Can you replace a failed drainfield? Yes. We excavate and remove the failed field, install the new system per the approved repair design, and restore the area.
Can you also clear the lot and build the driveway? Yes. Many customers have us handle clearing, driveway, building pad, utilities and septic together, which saves time and coordination.
