When you're ready to build, we can manage the project: permitting, plans, subcontractors, scheduling and inspections.

Project management (optional): procurement of permits, plans, subs, scheduling & management of work and inspections handled for you.
Pricing
Project management is billed at 3% to 15% of project cost, depending on size and complexity of the project. Project feasibility assessment & takeoff / estimating services are billed as a flat rate or hourly charge depending on complexity & size of the project.

FAQ
Do you provide estimates for other contractors? Yes. We provide takeoffs and estimates for GCs and developers bidding site work. They generally have us do the project to because we understand the project and its potential obstacles the best.
What do you need from me to start? The property address or parcel number, any plans, surveys or geotechnical reports, and a description of what you want to build.
Can you manage a project you're not building? Yes. We can manage permitting, plans and subcontractors on residential, commercial and civil projects. But we generally allocate our recourses to projects were working on and my not have the availability to help manage others. That’s why its best to have us perform all site preparation and manage the sub contractors
Do you have an physical location for open discussion and collaboration? Yes we do. You can come to our Toledo location to discuss your project, go over plans & have an open in person discussion design your projects site plan.
